How do I switch between monthly and annual billing?

You can choose between monthly and annual billing when signing up for a plan or managing your existing subscription.

Selecting billing frequency when signing up

On the pricing page, use the billing toggle at the top to switch between monthly and annual billing options: Note that monthly plans have higher prices than annual plans, as annual plans include a discount. If you accidentally select annual billing instead of monthly, the full annual charge will be processed rather than a single monthly payment.

Important: Ensure you select the correct billing cycle before completing your purchase. If you accidentally select the wrong billing cycle, you will need to contact support to cancel and refund the subscription before switching to the correct plan.

Current billing frequency

You can check your current billing frequency in your subscription settings.When switching from monthly to annual billing, a new billing cycle begins immediately on the date you make the change. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for any remaining days in your current monthly cycle, and your billing anniversary date will permanently change to the upgrade date. For example, if you upgrade from monthly to annual on March 8th, your subscription will renew annually on March 8th going forward, not on your original monthly billing date.

Plan upgrade considerations:

  • If you want to upgrade your plan immediately, choose the annual billing option, which will charge you a pro‑rated amount based on your current billing cycle and create a new billing anniversary on the upgrade date.

  • Scheduled billing frequency changes other than monthly‑to‑annual switches will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Note: Refunds for billing frequency changes can take 5-10 business days to process.

If you accidentally selected the wrong billing frequency or need immediate assistance, please contact our support team.

Switching from annual to monthly billing mid-cycle

  1. Update your payment method by clicking your name in the bottom-right corner

  2. Go to Account Settings > Plan & Billing

  3. Select Manage Billing and update the card on file

  4. Contact our support team to complete the billing change

Support will refund your annual subscription, switch your account to monthly billing, and send a receipt confirmation.
