How to Resume a Paused Account or Update Payment Method

In most cases, you will see an option to "resume subscription". If that is not the case, please see the steps below —
If you see a message that your account is paused and the system is "fetching subscription details", there are a few ways to resolve this depending on your situation:
If You Need to Update Payment Information
If your account was paused due to a payment issue, you can update your payment method through a secure Stripe billing portal link. Contact our support team to receive this link: support@juicebox.work
Once you update your payment information, your account should become accessible again immediately.
If You Previously Paused Your Account
To resume a previously paused account:
Try refreshing your browser page first
If you still see the "Account is paused" message, contact our support team
