[Business Plan] Migrating your Data to Juicebox

Juicebox supports data migration from most major recruitment CRMs.

Please note that for some migrations, an additional fee will apply.

Process Overview

  1. Identify data for migration

    • Typically, customers migrate two data types:

      • Contacts: Profiles you've interacted with previously.

      • Activities: Interactions such as emails, notes, and calls

  2. Export Data

    • Typically available directly from your existing CRM.

    • If direct export isn't possible, contact your current CRM provider.

  3. Import to Juicebox

    • Provide your data to your Juicebox representative in CSV or JSONL format.

    • If your data structure differs, inform us—we can accommodate special cases.

    • Data import typically takes 2-3 business days, depending on volume and complexity.

  4. Troubleshooting:

    • After import, we'll perform live checks to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

  5. Process Completed

    • Your data migration is complete, and your Juicebox account is ready for use.
