About the Teamtailor Integration
The Teamtailor <> Juicebox integration is designed to seamlessly connect both systems in a two-way sync.
You can use the integration for three use cases:
Import Project from ATS: You can import a job description from Teamtailor into Juicebox to automatically kick off a search using the job description. This also includes linking your Juicebox project to an ATS job, which makes exporting profiles to your ATS easier. More details here.
Export Profiles to ATS: Save profiles directly into Teamtailor, including contact details, current company and job, profile URLs, and more. On some plans, this can be customized further based on your preferred fields. Juicebox also has the ability to auto-export jobs to your ATS, including exporting all shortlisted profiles or exporting only interested profiles.
Import Candidates: View profiles already in Teamtailor within Juicebox. Avoid reaching out to the same profile twice, and instantly view your relationship history.

Start a Project via the Teamtailor integration
Open the projects page and select “import Job from ATS / CRM”. You will then see your Teamtailor jobs and can select the corresponding option.
2. Export profiles to Teamtailor
Follow the regular Export steps and select “Export to Teamtailor” on either an individual profile or a bulk export. After exporting to Teamtailor, you will see the profile be created in your Teamtailor account.
3. View profiles already in Teamtailor
Juicebox will tag profiles that already exist in Teamtailor. You will see the last modified date, as well as the option to view the profile directly in Teamtailor by clicking the “View in ATS” button.
Setting up the Integration
In a first step, go to the Teamtailor Marketplace and search for the Juicebox integration. In the pop-up, click the "Activate" button in the top-right corner.
After activating the integration, you will receive an integration code, which you can find in your Teamtailor settings as well. Click the "Finish installation" button in the bottom-right corner.
Now, please open your Juicebox platform. To connect Juicebox with Teamtailor, open the “Integrations” tab on the left hand side of the Juicebox platform.
Then, select Teamtailor and click “Activate”. You can also use the search bar at the top.
You will see a pop-up modal asking to activate your integration. Please note that one must be an administrator of Teamtailor in order to link to Juicebox successfully.
After reviewing privacy information, you will be prompted to enter your API key, which you can find in the Settings of your Teamtailor account. You can find more information on the API key in the support article here. Please be advised that an admin scope key is required.
After entering the API key successfully, you will be brought to this page, confirming your connection.
After you have clicked through the remaining pages of the Pop-Up, the configuration will be completed. If successful, you will see a green “Connected” button appearing in your Integrations Marketplace.
Congratulations! You have successfully integrated Teamtailor and Juicebox.
Please note that it may take a few minutes for all data to sync between Juicebox and Teamtailor. Wait up to 10 minutes to ensure all data has been synced.
