About the Juicebox Integration
The Bullhorn <> Juicebox integration is designed to seamlessly connect both systems in a two-way sync.
You can use the integration for three use cases:
Start a Project from a Job: You can import a job from Bullhorn into Juicebox and automatically kick off a search using the JD. More details here.
Export: save profiles directly into Bullhorn, including contact details, experience, resumes, and more. Customizable based on your preferred fields.
Import: view profiles already in Bullhorn within Juicebox. Avoid reaching out to the same profile twice, and instantly view your relationship history.
1. Start a Project via the Bullhorn Integration
To get started, navigate to the Projects page on Juicebox. On the right side, you'll find your synced jobs from Bullhorn. Simply click on a job to create a new project. This will automatically initiate a search on PeopleGPT using the job description.
2. Export Profiles to Bullhorn
Follow the regular Export steps and select “Export to Bullhorn” on either an individual profile or a bulk export. After exporting to Bullhorn, you will see the profile be created in your Bullhorn account under “Candidates”.
3. View Profiles already in Bullhorn
Juicebox will tag profiles that already exist in Bullhorn. You will see the last modified date, as well as the option to view the profile directly in Bullhorn by clicking the “View in ATS” button.
Setting up the Integration
In a first step, navigate to the Integrations Tab on the Juicebox platform.
Then, select Bullhorn and click “Activate”. You can also use the search bar at the top.
You will see a pop-up asking to activate your integration. Please note that one must be an administrator of Bullhorn in order to link to Juicebox successfully.
After reviewing privacy information, you will be prompted to log in to Bullhorn via Merge and connect your account.
After logging into your account in a new window, you will be brought back to the Juicebox platform, where the integration will be completed.
Congratulations! You have successfully integrated Bullhorn and Juicebox. Please note that it may take a few minutes for all data to sync between Juicebox and Bullhorn. Wait up to 10 minutes to ensure all data has been synced.
