About the Juicebox Integration
Juicebox is an AI-powered talent sourcing solution. The platform includes PeopleGPT (search), Talent Insights, and AI Email Outreach (sequencing). By integrating Jobvite with Juicebox, you can simplify your outbound sourcing strategy, improve quality of hire, and decrease time to hire.
You can use the integration for three use cases:
Start a Project from a Job: You can import a job from Jobvite into Juicebox and automatically kick off a search using the JD. More details here.
Export: save profiles directly into Jobvite, including contact details, experience, resumes, and more. Customizable based on your preferred fields.
Import: view profiles already in Jobvite within Juicebox. Avoid reaching out to the same profile twice, and instantly view your relationship history.

1. Start a Project via the Jobvite Integration
To get started, navigate to the Projects page on Juicebox. On the right side, you'll find your synced jobs from Jobvite. Simply click on a job to create a new project. This will automatically initiate a search on PeopleGPT using the job description.
2. Export Profiles to Jobvite
Follow the regular Export steps and select “Export to Jobvite” on either an individual profile or a bulk export. After exporting to Jobvite, you will see the profile be created in your Jobvite account under “Contacts”. Please note that you must be a Jobvite Engage user in order to access the Contacts tab.
3. View Profiles already in Jobvite
Juicebox will tag profiles that already exist in Jobvite. You will see the last modified date, as well as the option to view the profile directly in Jobvite by clicking the “View in ATS” button. Please note that Juicebox can only search through candidates saved in the Jobvite tab "Candidates", not "Contacts".
Setting up the Integration
In a first step, navigate to the Integrations Tab on the Juicebox platform.
Then, select Jobvite and click “Activate”. You can also use the search bar at the top.
You will see a pop-up asking to activate your integration. Please note that one must be an administrator of Jobvite in order to link to Juicebox successfully.
After reviewing privacy information, you will be prompted to enter your API key and your secret key. To obtain these keys, please contact Jobvite support directly.
After entering your keys, the integration will be completed.
Congratulations! You have successfully integrated Jobvite and Juicebox. Please note that it may take a few minutes for all data to sync between Juicebox and Jobvite. Wait up to 10 minutes to ensure all data has been synced.
