My team member already has a subscription. How can I add them to my team plan?

If your team member already has paid subscription on Juicebox, please contact our support team (support@juicebox.work) to merge your organizations.

Alternatively, you can ask them to cancel their current subscription. Then, send them an invite to join your organization. They will need to accept the invite in the settings page.
