How do credits work?

As a premium PeopleGPT user, you have the ability to run unlimited searches on our platform. This means that you can source an unlimited number of profiles.
Credits are used for two use cases: getting contact info on a profile, or exporting a profile.
Contact Credits are used to get a profiles’ contact information. On the Starter Plan, you can access personal and professional email addresses. Additionally, on the Growth Plan and Business Plans, you can also access phone numbers.
Export Credits are used to export profiles. On the Starter and Growth plans, you can export profiles as a PDF or CSV file. On the Business Plan, you can also export profiles to your CRM or ATS. Export credits refresh on a rolling 30‑day basis, meaning each credit is returned 30 days after it’s used rather than resetting all at once each month. For example, if you use 100 credits on April 10, those 100 credits will be available again on May 10.

Note: Export credits cannot be purchased separately. To increase your export credit allocation, you’ll need to add an additional user seat to your plan.
Getting More Credits
Growth Plan: You can add more credits by adding an additional seat to your plan. Each additional seat includes 1,000 additional contact and export credits, which are pro‑rated based on your billing cycle.
