Troubleshooting Login Issues and Password Reset

If you're having trouble logging into your Juicebox account, follow these steps to regain access:

Reset Your Password

  1. Visit the login page

  2. Click on the "Forgot Password" link

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email

  5. Create a new strong password

Already Logged In?

  1. Head to the settings page

  2. Go to "Your Account" (direct link here)

  3. Select "reset password"

  4. The link will be sent to your email address

Still Can't Log In?

If password reset doesn't resolve the issue, try these additional steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies

  2. Try using a different browser

  3. Ensure you're using the correct email address associated with your account

  4. If using a password manager, try entering credentials manually

  5. As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall the application
