Account Roles and Permissions

Juicebox has multiple roles and permissions, depending on the account type and configuration.

Default Roles in Juicebox

Roles are broken down into four key types: Super Admin, Analytics Admin, Recruiter, and Hiring Manager. The most common role will be the "Recruiter" role, which is a traditional licensed seat on Juicebox.

Special Permissions: Agent + Usage Analytics

User with necessary permissions (Admin) will be able to lock agent access for team members.

  1. First, Navigate to Account Settings > Team members (linked here)

  2. Next, Select the Lock Icon for a profile you would like to activate / deactivate admin access for

  3. Finally, please select or unselect "Juicebox Agents" to provide Access to users.
